What to expect: Your contact lens journey
We share the answers to a few commonly asked questions below, but if you would like anything clarifying before booking an appointment, please do not hesitate to ask us.
We start by learning about your vision, lifestyle and what you want from contact lenses. This helps us understand your goals and recommend suitable options.
Our optometrists examine the surface of your eyes and assess your tear film to make sure contact lenses are a safe and comfortable choice for you.
We select trial lenses based on your prescription and eye shape. You’ll try them on in practice so we can check movement, comfort and fit.
If you’re new to contact lenses, we show you how to insert and remove them safely, as well as how to care for your lenses and keep your eyes healthy.
We invite you back after your trial period to review comfort, clarity and lens performance. This ensures your lenses suit you and your eyes remain healthy.
We’re here whenever you need us, whether it’s an update to your lenses, advice on switching to another type or help with any concerns.
